At Jstus, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing and delivery.
All orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Since we do not maintain a warehouse, orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers or production partners. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on product availability. Currently Shipping is available regionally only. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly indicated on our website.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
